Order Issues
Bhakti Botanicals id dedicated to providing our customers with as wonderful an experience as possible. However, sometimes things happen out of our control. If you have an issue with your order please email bhaktibotanicals.com subject line ORDERS within 48 hours of receiving goods quoting your order number. If the delivery has been damaged, please send us photographs.
Shipping Policy
FREE shipping is included on all domestic orders via USPS priority mail. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business day of receiving.
International orders will be calculated by weight and shipped via DHL . Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.
Allow 7 days for domestic orders depending upon location. Allow 14 days or longer for international orders.

Customs fees
Please note that if customs charges occur the buyer is responsible for the fees. Bhakti Botanicals (the seller) is not responsible for customs charges. Please note that International orders could take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is out of our control.
Returns
We are confident you are going to love your new transdermal Magnesium oil products from Bhakti Botanicals, but If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods provided they are in their original condition, unopened, unused and undamaged.
Items must be returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods. Please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving your product if there’s an issue. Enclose proof of purchase and proof of receipt of delivery in your return package in order to receive a refund. Shipping cost is not covered by us.
